Insulation We also offer a complete insulation service including your Floor, Roof, Side Panels and Doors. We use a low profile Foil Bubble Insulation on the Floor and Roof with a thermal resistance up to 1.455m²/kW. This type of insulation is Lightweight, flexible and has zero moisture absorption. Its made from coated aluminium and PE bubble which is BBA certified.

For the side panels and doors we use a Polyester insulation 35mm thick, its lightweight, mildew resistant, itch free and Flame Retardant British standard: BS5852. Hi Alex, Lining paper can be purchased at any DIY store, it is for putting on under wallpaper and can be found along with wallpaper in the stores. You will also want masking tape to join the paper together. Once you have taped the lining paper together and have a large enough piece, place up where the panel goes on the side of the van, tape into position and draw round the indent with a pencil, cut along the pencil line and you then have a paper template to place on the ply.
